- Request a memorandum from lawyer. Discussing any updates required with client before proceeding with documents.
- Keep final memorandum together with Estate Planning documents.
Annual update initiated with client to identify any changes that warrant updating EP documents. - Direct wealth to family/ bloodline, death nominations, protect vulnerable family members, etc.
This provides a structured order for the seamless transition of wealth in accordance with the client’s wishes.
In the case of a client becoming deceased, this service includes completing the administration of the deceased estate and the transition of assets after the grant of probate is received.
